With over 8,000 employees worldwide, we develop and produce complex metal and hybrid structures for body-in-white and chassis, which make a decisive contribution to the optimum protection of all vehicle occupants in the event of a car accident.

Your tasks

Planning and organization of trainings (annual planning, booking of trainers and venues, preparation and followup).
Administration of the internal management development and talent program
Support in the search for suitable development measures
Processing of order transactions in SAP
Planning of the annual budget for personnel development and HR marketing as well as monitoring and approval of the training budget
Preparation of key figures
Organizational activities in the area of personnel development (training and projects)
Organization of HR marketing events, participation in trade fairs and maintaining contacts with universities and schools
Implementation of HR marketing measures
Market observation of trends in HR marketing, social media and employer branding
If necessary, implementation of trainings

Profile:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
Experience in the previously described areas of responsibility
Planning and organizational skills with a structured and resultsoriented approach to work
Strong communication skills
Independence, empathy and pleasure in dealing with people
Good MS Office skills
Experience in working with SAP is an advantage
Fluent German language skills
