Tasks

In this varied function, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of a development team of 12 members in the Molecular Diagnostics department.

You continue to develop and build up your team. You coordinate and control all development projects of the department.

You design and optimize the organizational and technical processes in terms of efficiency, use of resources, time frame, planning and reporting.

You are also an important driving force in the company by identifying, recommending and implementing the latest trends and technologies to improve the existing portfolio and for the development of new products.
