HR Working Student - Berlin, Deutschland - Iberdrola International
Beschreibung
What you will do:
- Support the HR Team in Berlin in the different HR areas: Payroll, recruitment, onboarding, administration, employer branding, personnel development, and training.
- From administrative tasks, supporting employees and managers with HR questions and contribute to the implementation of HR projects.
- Coordinate and work closely with colleagues from other departments within the company and the centrale office in Spain and other countries.
- Contribute to the implementation of local and global HR projects.
What we are looking for:
- You share a passion for renewable energy and HR.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, proactive with the ability to work independently as well as in a team and achieve success together.
- Accuracy and attention to detail as well as solution and serviceoriented attitude.
- Fluency in German and English is a must, Spanish is highly desirable.
- Good skills in the use MS Office and IT affinity.
- Availability: 20 h/week
