THE TEAM

You will join our People Team, responsible for
RESPONSIBILITIES
The aim of the role is to assist and support People department with daily operations to ensure the tasks run smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

Keep our HR information system Personio up to date and check their accuracy.
Be a contact person within the people team, and handle administrative tasks in the area along the employee lifecycle from onboarding, new hire orientation until separation.
Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
Create and evaluate surveys and KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Comfortable learning new things, technical systems in particular, as needed.
Business Fluency in English and German language written and spoken
