We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Operations Lead to join our team.

This position would suit someone who has in-depth experience in marketing operations including planning, processes, governance, budget management and vendor management.

**Role And Responsibilities

  • Lead the German marketing operations team including planning activities, processes & governance
  • Be a leader within the team providing direction to develop and coach colleagues
  • Manage and develop marketing plans in partnership with other areas of the business
  • Lead for Marketing & Growth processes working closely with stakeholders across the team
  • Work close with the martec organisation to ensure capabilities and documents are structure the right way
  • Accountable to identify efficiencies and challenge the status quo across the team
  • Be responsible for setting and driving targets and OKRs
  • Keeping management informed by preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations
  • Support vendor onboarding and ongoing vendor management
  • Budget oversight across the marketing organisation
  • Representing Ops and be comfortable presenting plans and final deliverables to stakeholders
  • Ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time, while adhering to internal processes
**Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience or degree in marketing or businessrelated degree
  • Leadership experience
  • Willing & effective player/coach and a track record of building, leading and managing high performing teams a must
  • Motivated and have meticulous attention to detail and good project management processes
  • Passionate about processes, policies and analysis
  • Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
  • An excellent team player
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Team player who is able to work in highly collaboration, multidisciplinary teams.
