YOUR ROLE:

Become part of the global IoT team with experts and specialist to drive Industrial IoT topics across all Henkel business units
Solve complex business problems and derive business requirements into stateoftheart solutions
Advance the team with your expertise and extend and deepen your knowledge by strong collaboration within the team and within crossfunctional teams
Work in close collaboration in crossfunctional teams using agile methods to deliver high quality data products at a fast pace
Live a culture of constant learning, integrity, and mutual responsibility. Be passionate about exploring emerging technologies and leveraging their full potential
Establish yourself as an Industrial IoT ambassador (d/f/m) across business units and functions

YOUR SKILLS:

Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Industrial IoT required
Proven track record in managing complex projects in multistakeholder environments
Highly motivated team player with drive to innovate, implement improvements and achieve change in the global organization
Outofthebox thinker (d/f/m) with ability to influence peers and managers
Proactive and independent working style, high flexibility and ability to manage ambiguity
Strong stakeholder management as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong English (written, oral), German knowledge would be a plus
Initiative team player who enjoys working in a challenging and exciting environment
