Beschreibung
Our client provides customer support for a brand new mobility app. There, people can rent cars, motor cycles and even bicycles or Segway-type devices. Europe-wide nearly half a million people are registered and make use of more than 100,000 transport vehicles. The company is constantly expanding and is looking for talented personalities to welcome new and support existing customers. The app shows the user the various vehicles in his surroundings with leasing options and prices. Users then make their choice and complete the booking procedure. The vehicle is available instantly until user logs out of the app.


Your (M/F/d) job as customer service rep:

  • guide new users during the registration process: ID, driving license (where applicable) and bank details are uploaded, verified and safely stored
  • you use a skype-like app to ensure the person is identical with the documents uploaded (when first registering)
- you answer questions concerning invoices, how to open cars or start engines
- take feedbacks concerning cleanness and damages
- ensure charged batteries are exchanged on request (where applicable)
- connect users with taxi app providers if they do not want to drive on their own

What you (M/F/d) bring along to be part of the customer service team:

  • motivated to work in customer service / customer support environment
- can work in shifts, full time (40 hrs per week)
- can handle customer requests in a polite manner
- fluent in Bulgarian or Greek
