At the core of these new products are the shared solutions and internal technology standards we are building, maintaining, and operating at ZEISS Digital Partners.
We're now establishing an Engineering Solutions unit to advise and support product development teams with stateoftheart knowledge in web and cloud technology, a strong network of tech and product specialists, and extensive handson experience with our internal technology standards and shared solutions to building truly digital products at ZEISS.
In this position, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience in developing stateoftheart digital products to support product development teams all the way from the very early customer research and ideation phase until transition into the software development phase.
In your role, you will be the tech stakeholder in multidisciplinary teams, advising on technical feasibility, technology trends and outlooks, and translating between technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Using your experience with web technology, you support the creation of early prototypes and demonstrators, and take on whatever task is required to facilitate the handover to the software development organization. Representing the ZEISS Digital Partners in your projects, you ensure that digital products leverage our existing solutions, and contribute back to the advancement and further improvement of our technology standards.
As a member of the Engineering Solutions unit, your curiosity to explore new teams, projects and technologies as well as your motivation to contributing to further improvements in our development and customer engagement processes will be essential to the success of our new team.
This role is going to be based in Munich, Germany, and we support with your relocation, if applicable. We offer a hybrid option to work partly remote with 23 office days per week.

Your Role- Be the tech stakeholder in our interdisciplinary product development teams of designers, business developers and product managers from all over ZEISS, and jointly envision new web and cloud solutions for our customer's most urgent jobs-to-be-done- Build early-stage prototypes and technology demonstrators that help validate technical hypotheses and limitations early on in projects- Lead development teams through early phases of product implementation and facilitate transition for project team into product implementation phases, involving technology and product experts throughout our organization,- Advocate the existing ZEISS portfolio of technologies, solutions and blueprints in product development projects, and contribute back to further standardization of our technology stack and service offering

Your Profil- >3 years experience in a role building software products and working with multi-disciplinary teams; experience with common tools and frameworks used in customer research and early-phase product design Excellent understanding of internet and web technology, preferably with knowledge in a major cloud stack- Early adopter and curious to dive into new technologies, with an ability to assess potential of trends and technologies for ZEISS, even in the light of fuzzy customer requirements- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and engage with other disciplines and stakeholder networks throughout the organization- Motivation to work in a fast-paced, international environment that continuously challenges you to extend your skills and knowledge
