In this role, you will play an essential part in implementing and driving the global omnichannel transformation program, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the Chief Client & Digital Officer.

Your responsibility will be to shape the future operating model by connecting all distribution channels, streamlining processes, and delivering exceptional end-client experiences.


How you will leave your mark:

  • Develop and establish the omnichannel transformation program, outlining the necessary workstreams and resources at both the headquarters and local market levels
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into a comprehensive roadmap and project plan
  • Create the organizational structure for the omnichannel transformation program, conduct thorough business case analyses, and provide expert advice on optimal solutions for Montblanc
  • Efficiently manage the program's demand by assessing new requirements, overseeing the backlog, handling change requests, evaluating resource needs, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets for timely and highquality delivery
  • Maintain transparency regarding risks and dependencies, both internally and with external delivery partners
  • Identify the impact of the program on current structures and processes, collaborating with relevant stakeholders (workstream owners) to support necessary adaptations, training initiatives, and change management strategies

How you will experience success with us:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in leading and driving omnichannel transformation programs combined with business knowledge and understanding
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in complex project management, ideally in an agile environment, including risk mitigation and planning associated with operational or technical delivery
  • Experience to handle complex projects with multiple workstreams within short timelines by using tools associated with Task Management
  • Demonstrated leadership and coordination of resources to deliver in line with a single cohesive strategy
  • Energetic, selfmotivated with demonstrated problemsolving skills and a handson mentality
  • Datadriven, processoriented, and collaborative
  • Critical thinking with an ability to lead/Influence without authority
  • Data flow and process charting
