Joing our lab means that you will have the possibility to deepen and expand your knowledge in the fields mentioned under responsibilites.

Responsibilities:

Isolation, characterization, and preparation of phages for potential therapeutic use
Studying how phages interact with their target bacteria in both in vitro and in vivo
Studying the impact of phage infection on gut bacterial communities' composition and activity for engineering the human microbiome
Identifying, producing, and examining the novel phagederived antibacterial

Your qualifications

Student of Life Scienes (incl. Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology)
Good written and spoken English skills
Immatriculation in a German University
Willingness to learn
