What you'll do

Build strong relationships with hiring teams to set up a top notch recruitment process
Develop innovative strategies or processes to find new talents, e.g. by actively addressing them on social networking platforms

About you

At least a Bachelor's degree
3 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably as an inhouse/corporate Recruiter. Experience in a fastpaced scaleup environment is a plus
Fluency in English and German
High energy and empathetic personality that thinks outside the box
Great eye for talent and good in stakeholder management skills
You are solution oriented, result driven, proactive and flexible
