C&A Europe is a leading European family owned fashion retailer known for sustainable fashion and value for money offering.

The organisation has new leadership and is embarking on a multi-year transformation program where it is investing significantly to drive growth, revitalize the operational back bone of the business and its digital capabilities.

The Lead of Office will be leading the Corporate - or Board Office, supporting the execution of the decisions of the board and co-ordinate communication and related projects

Your responsibilities at C&A

Organize, prepare and manage board meetings, the Audit, Remuneration

- and Sustainability committee meetings and support execution of decisions

Coordinate and prepare the annual general meeting of the company and other relevant meetings with shareholders and other stakeholders
Organize and coordinate regular and adhoc information to shareholders
Support any structural changes of the group and any transaction related to change of shareholders or shareholder financing
Coordinate & manage relations with and reporting to board members, executive management team, shareholders, affiliated companies, authorities and other stakeholders
Close collaboratoin with the Company Secretary

What we expect from you

Executive communication
Organisational and project management skills
Analytical skills; good general understanding of finance and corporate Law
Diligent, reliable, trustworthy
Business accumen in the retail area
Fluent in English
University degree in Finance, Admin, Tax or Law

- min 10 years of practical experience in 1-2 of above mentioned fields or in relevant Consulting
