This will be your future job

Write and update customerfacing and service content in English, while respecting project timelines and documentation standards, guidelines, and templates
Independently create and modify multimedia content as required (e.g. photographs, screenshots, videos, 3D graphics, diagrams) using appropriate software tools, or trigger the creation and integrate them into deliverables while adhering to established guidelines
Support the Technical Content Manager to organize the review of the deliverables
Regular updates of documentation tools, processes, and standards, in collaboration with other KLE subchapters and relevant stakeholders
Review content written by other Technical Content Creators, ensuring that terminology and documentation guidelines have been followed. After that you share the feedback to the author regarding the changes needed
Contribute to the continuous growth of product terminology in close collaboration with the terminologist assigned to the product
In collaboration with the User Experience department and the Terminologist assigned to the project, create English user interface texts, and review them for translatability, terminological correctness, and adherence to style guidelines
Create and manage English terminology for assigned products and ensure the entry of approved terms and definitions in the Roche terminology database (DIAlex)
Manage CAPArelated updates and document corrective measures in the CAPA tool

Impress us with your qualifications

First experience in technical writing
Experience of using Adobe FrameMaker (XMLbased) or a similar structured authoring tool or experience with Ixiasoft, Schema ST4, or a similar Component Content Management System
Knowledge of multimedia tools and processes used in stateoftheart technical documentation
Very good spoken and written command of English (German is nice to have)
