What you will do:

You will assist with daytoday operational tasks, including data entry, inventory management, and order processing.
You will analyze sales data and provide insights to the team on trends and performance.
You will conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify key customer groups and their behaviors.
You will create reports on customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
You will conduct competitive analysis and provide insights on industry trends and best practices.
You will assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures related to retail operations and customer service.
You will monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
You will collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
You will assist with the preparation of training materials and conduct training sessions for new team members.
You will participate in customer satisfaction surveys and assist with analyzing customer feedback.
You will assist with the coordination of Furniture Shows and promotions.
You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and provide regular reports to management.

What you will bring to us:

You have graduated with or are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or other related fields.
You have a strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently.
You are fluent in English, and you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
You ideally have experience in customer service or retail operations.
You have a general understanding of ecommerce platforms.
You ideally have experience with data analytics tools.
You have a general knowledge of workflow automations and automation tools.
You are available for at least six months.
