Your challenge:

As our DevOps Tech Lead you will be part of a talented multidisciplinary platform team working with latest technologies.

You will own the cloud infrastructure of our product, and be responsible for designing, deploying, securing and monitoring the environments for all our services and tools.


Your responsibilities:


  • Develop software that enables us to ship products and updates to customers fast, constantly, and reliably.
  • Work closely with our product teams to support them with infrastructure topics, as well as, develop tools with them that can improve the development experience and delivery cycles.
  • Design, develop, and deploy tools that enable us to trace and understand issues that occur on our production infrastructures.
  • You will be involved in important product decisions and work closely with the whole team to create reliable apps.
  • You will be involved in important product architecture, infrastructure and development lifecycle decisions and work closely with the whole team to create reliable apps.
  • Mentor other DevOps engineers and developers, create a culture of high awareness for security and quality within the company.
  • Take turn in oncall shifts, help the oncall engineer in critical tasks.

Your profile:


  • Minimum one year of experience leading a DevOps team using cloudnative solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience managing public cloud platforms: GCP (preferred), Azure or AWS.
  • 3+ years of experience running production systems in a microservices architecture using Kubernetes (GKE preferred).
  • Experience with CI/CD solutions like GitLab (preferred), Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Experience with IaC tools like Terraform(cdk), jkcfg, cdk8s, etc.
  • Proficient with at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Go or Python.
  • Experience with service mesh like Linkerd or Istio.
  • Exposure to oncall rotation.
  • Previous experience deploying maintainable and scalable distributed systems based on reliable and faulttolerant services.
  • Good knowledge and experience with SDLC methodologies, with emphasis on Scrum based Agile software development, supporting multiple development teams
Bonus Points

  • Experience in DevSecOps tooling.
  • Experience managing MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Previous experience with BEAM (Erlang Virtual Machine).
  • Contributions to open source projects.
