The Team:

We are looking for an intern to be an integral part of the Compensation & Benefits team.

Our team is on a mission to build creative total reward programs for Celonis that help attract and retain top talent, leveraging competitive market pay, equity, benefits, and other incentives.


The Role:


You will be a part of a highly dynamic team working inter alia on compensation, recognition, and job architecture-related projects in the Total Rewards domain, all of which are of high importance and value to Celonis.

You will be working with stakeholders in the larger People team and engaging with business to help run and improve our compensation programs.


The work you'll do:


  • Assist in the creation of career framework roadmaps per job family at Celonis
  • Work with the team on the implementation of compensation cycles
  • Conduct data and cost analyses to be used in the compensation programs design and rollout
  • Participate in designing a stateoftheart recognition strategy for Celonis
  • Evaluate and implement job analysis tools, techniques, and materials

The qualifications you need:


  • Studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably some knowledge of the SaaS/technology industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, and superb ability to work with data.
  • Ability to be consultative and pragmatic, intellectual curiosity, and ability to handle high levels of ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highgrowth, rapidly changing, fun environment.
  • High degree of personal integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and English language skills (nonnegotiable)
