The Team:


Become part of the Celonis journey and make a real impact by supporting the Brand & Content Marketing team in bringing our brand, solution, and ecosystem to life We are a small, ambitious, and passionate creative team working in a stimulating and fast-paced environment.

Our core disciplines are project management, content creation, design, videography and photography.

We strategize, innovate, conceptualize, design and implement branded content and experiences worldwide, such as campaigns, videos, websites, live events, social media, swag, and more.

We are part of one global, cross-functional corporate marketing team that creates immersive touch points and best in class experiences for our stakeholders.


The Role:


In your role, you will take over smaller projects yourself or parts of bigger brand design and event branding projects, and thus, assist the team lead.

You will have the opportunity to support in shaping actions and upgrading the recently established workflows and processes within the team.

Also, you will receive insights in cross-collaboration with the most diverse teams (e.g social media, events, demand gen, video). Overall, you will be experiencing a steep learning curve in a dynamic hyper growth environment.


The work you'll do:


  • In your internship, you will focus on project management and take on supporting tasks before, during, and after brand design projects.
  • Tasks in project management for example include support in maintaining the project management board, coordination with team members or external stakeholders, creation of diverse kinds of documents (briefings, production schedules etc.).
  • You will actively contribute to defining ways of improving processes in our team
  • You will also have the possibility to get a better understanding of branding and event design

The qualifications you need:


  • Studying or recent degree in media, content, business, event management or similar or corresponding practical experience
  • First experience in project or event management
  • A structured and proactive way of working is a must
  • Willingness to learn, adaptability, and sure instincts for creative topics is required
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, German is a plus
  • Available for
    6 months from July 2023 onwards to join our creative team
