We are Fides:

Our mission is to enable good governance globally
Fides is a brand-new LegalTech startup based out of Munich. We are creating a data-driven & tech-enabled way to manage corporate governance duties. We will go above and beyond to make this work and expand into global jurisdictions quickly.

Founded by successful, second-time founders and funded by top-tier VCs (like Sequoia) and angel investors, we are preparing to make our mark in the startup heaven.

We want to build something special, both in terms of product and in terms of culture This will be a rocketship and we need one more passenger before we can really take off

Your mission:

You'll be working directly with the founders on a number of initiatives. You will have a mix of different tasks and responsibilities. Many with a direct impact on our strategy and its execution. And also rather mundane tasks. Some responsibilities will challenge you and you need to grow into them, others will be familiar or even easy.
This can include Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Support those departments with research, documentation, analysis, and most importantly your ideas and personality.
Depending on your background and the current initiatives, you will be taking over a number of responsibilities.

For example, but not limited to:

Accounting, Financial Modelling
Market & Competitor research, analysis, action recommendations
Operations projects (e.g. introducing a new software tool)
Marketing, Sales
Market & Competitor research, analysis, action recommendations
Hiring support
Office management

Your profile:

You're currently enrolled at University
Strong interest in LegalTech and enthusiasm to rethink the legal market and existing processes with new technologies
Independent, selfmotivated work with handson mentality
Structured work despite many different topics at the same time
You anticipate issues and resolve them proactively. You never wait until a problem has become too big. If necessary, you are not afraid to annoy other colleagues to support you.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in
German and
English:
You have analytical and "Connecting the Dots" Thinking
You are high energy joyful & funny is your defaultmode

Fun fact,_ why we chose Fides as our name: derives from the Roman goddess for integrity. The Roman government used to store all their state documents in her temple and hold government meetings there.
