YOUR TEAM:

We, the process management team of the procurement department, work on projects and process topics with long-term and fundamental importance for the procurement as well as for CARIAD.

We take on responsibility for the design of efficient, sustainable and consistent processes. From this, we derive the requirements for advanced IT solutions as well as target-oriented qualification measures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Main interface for sustainability in supplier relations at CARIAD SE Purchasing
Implementation and development of the core elements of sustainability in the supplier relations with a focus on risk analysis and measures to comply with legal requirements
Handling and monitoring of process implementations in the CARIAD subsidiaries
Participation in strategy development and alignment with experts from the brands and regions of the Volkswagen Group
Support of the Supply Chain Grievance Mechanism (e.g. case management, remedial measures, etc.)
Analysis and evaluation of the sustainability performance of suppliers (sustainability rating)
Training measures internal/external

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully completed degree, preferably with a focus on sustainability
Several years of professional experience in purchasing, sustainability in supplier relations, ESG or compliance
Experience in working with sustainability standards, auditing and certification systems along global value chains is beneficial
Fluent in German and English
A high analytical ability and problemsolving competence distinguishes you
Good communication, interpersonal, influencing skills and enthusiasm for sustainability topics
