About the role

We are looking for an Assistant to join our ambitious and highly motivated international EMEA Sales & Marketing team.

The position will be based in Munich and you will report directly to the Vice President EMEA Sales & Marketing and Global Automotive.

What you will do

Support the VP EMEA Sales & Marketing, VP and General Manager GaN and their teams

  • Manage (own) the agenda and provide collaborative vetting of meeting requests
  • Detailed and independent travel management, handling of business and travel claims
  • Preparation of correspondence, presentations and file maintenance
  • Organize meetings and team meetings
  • Managing MarCom and demo material, organization of events and support during tradeshows
  • Support Global Sales Operations with Global Trainings with GoToWebinartool and reporting of the trainings
  • Support Purchasing, IT and HR functions
  • Managing Munich office
What you will need

  • Commercial Apprenticeship/ Business Education with focus on Office Management
  • 5+ years of working experience, with 3+ in international (executive) management assistant role
  • Strong, confident and clear communication skills
  • High dependability, team spirit and serviceoriented mindset
  • Proactive, independently working and enthusiastic person, who is willing to take initiative, feels at ease in an international and fastpaced environment and knows how to set priorities


  • Computer skills

  • MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant systems
  • Very good knowledge of English and German in reading and writing. Other languages are a bonus

EMEA Sales & Marketing Team is an international, ambitious and highly motivated young team of 40 employees, located mainly in Munich office with branch offices in France, Italy and Sweden and home offices.
