As a team assistent you take administrative related workload off a team of 10 engineers. We are looking for a part time

What you can expect

Due to the small size of the team, there will be a wide range of tasks to take care of

Invoice and PO handling
Negotiate with lokal suppliers on office relate items
Salary input handling: reporting of vacation, canteen and travel expenses
Hotel reservation and flight bookings and handling of employees travel expenses
Controlling several lists like IT user, keys,.. but not limited to those
Maculation of documents
Organisation and preparation for meetings
Control and maintain admin folders
Collect information for budget
Working and updating plans

What you bring to the table

You are a service minded person with hands on pratical tasks.
Required IT related knowledge:
MS Windows 10
MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Project)
English, spoken and written mediume to high level
Danish, spoken and written high level
