you as our future


SENIOR PROMOTER (d/m/w) , responsible for the
HEMS SEGMENT (Helicopter Emergency Medical System) .


Main tasks and activities:

As Senior Segment Promoter - HEMS (d/m/w) you will be responsible for:

  • External representation of the company (e.g. at customers and events)
  • Execution of marketing campaigns (in our Programs and Support & Services)
  • Responsible implementation of all actions listed in the Customer Journey Maps
  • Development and execution of innovative actions to target customers
  • Contact person for the customer in order to contribute to the solution in case of problems
  • Ensure marketing materials are current and available (such as brochures, miniposters, infographics, presentations, technical data)
  • Developing HEMSspecific content for digital marketing efforts
  • Provide product development input to the Customer & Marketing Solution-Team
  • Support the Sales team (e.g., campaigns, contract negotiations, contract creation, contract implementation)
  • Mission analysis and consolidation of feedback on TecRep deployments in the Customer Relationship Management Tool
  • Contact person at Airbus Helicopters for example the communication department, stakeholders in the sales area und our program departments
  • Business trips of up to 150 days per year to customers in Germany and abroad

Qualifications:

Do you have the following knowledge, qualifications and experience?

  • A Bachelor degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a comparable degree is desirable
  • You have many years of experience in the HEMS segment (twinengine helicopter type, experience with night vision goggles, experience with HEMS/disaster relief), at the best as deployed pilot
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and all internal departments will distinguish you
  • You have the experience and skills to perform presentation
  • You can demonstrate experience in developing custom marketing content
  • Management experience as well as knowledge of business administration or finance is desirable
  • English on negotiation level
  • Ideally, the following additional skills round off your profile:
  • IT knowledge, for example to create data, graphics and diagrams from a marketing point of view
  • Innovative thinking in order to generate futureoriented solutions for the market

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product.
