Associate Controller (M/F/d), Health

Enabling the smooth running of our business, you'll support our forecasting and planning. You'll tell the story behind the data, providing the financial intelligence our leadership depends on to make critical decisions. You'll ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting. You'll collaborate with other finance teams and manage reporting, compliance and controls projects. Ultimately, your analysis will provide the insights that allows us to grow our business and manage our costs. Overall your tasks will be related to budget controlling, reporting and forecasting of CFC costs.


You'll:

  • Ensure that CFC budgets are in line with latest approved forecast
  • Coordinate the planning and forecasting process for CFC
  • Support CFC budget owners providing necessary tools and information
  • Consolidate and share with business the Monthly Reports together with summary of the issues and conclusions
  • Consolidate and share with business Plan and Forecast reports together with summary of the issues and conclusions
  • Balance sheet reconciliation of CFC accounts

You'll succeed because
you've a foundation in accounting or financial analysis. You've worked with general ledger and reporting systems. You thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines. You have a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot trends and anomalies others miss. Most importantly, you're an excellent communicator, willing to share your views and influence others using facts and data.


Besides that you have:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Businesses Administration (Berufsakademie)
- fluent English speaking skills, German skills are nice to have

  • 2+ year experience in Finance or similar, preferably in Controlling
- strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
- experience in systems like SAP, Excle, Power Point
- teamplayer skills with excellent communication skills
- a proven track record of driving results and the ability to challenge stakeholders
