Position overview:

At allnex, we are committed to creating a supportive and fulfilling work environment for our employees.

As a HR Generalist (M/F/d), you will play an important role in our HR team, where you will support our HR processes and contribute to exciting new projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting the HR office. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:


  • Carry out general HR administration tasks
  • Prepare and followup of payroll accounting
  • Support the recruitment and hiring process
  • Serve as the primary person of contact for allnex team, external partners, and service providers
  • Assist in the implementation of local HR initiatives

Required skills and experience:


  • Proven experience working in HR department
  • Structured and organized way of working with a strong service orientation and organizational talent
  • Team player with a high level of commitment, a strong sense of responsibility and a sense of ethics and cultural awareness
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office package, ideally with very good knowledge of SAP
  • Very good communication skills in the German language as well as good English skills
