Are you known for being emphatic, having a friendly

personality and are you super customer-oriented? Then you might be the person we are looking for For the role of Customer Service Agent (aka Beauty Consultant) we are looking for a flexible and committed colleague who can take away all questions and concerns from our customers.

Tasks

  • You help us define Dutch customer needs.
  • You perform light administrative tasks such as
coordinating and processing returns.

  • You support colleagues from other teams with your
knowledge and customer service.

  • You work closely with the Dutch marketing manager and
support them with your expertise.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customerfacing roles
  • Passion for beauty and cosmetics
  • Excellent communication skills; you are fluent in both
Dutch and English (basic skills in German are an advantage)

  • Quick learner, independent and proactive
  • You live in Berlin
