We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to play a key role in our efforts to Shape What Matters for Tomorrow.

In this role you will be reporting directly to the European Talent Acquisition Leader and work on key recruitment projects across EMEA.

These projects can include (but will not be limited to) management level hires and niche roles within the engineering departments.

Senior Technical Recruiter (M/F/d)


Tasks:


  • Manage full end to end recruitment process for all assigned requisitions
  • Build trusted relationships with your hiring managers, HR business partners and business leaders across multiple countries in the EMEA region
  • Act as consultant for business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners when it comes to availability of talent, attraction channels, sourcing strategy, selection activities and offer management
  • Conduct virtual and/or inperson interviews
  • Act as an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
  • Manage third party recruitment suppliers when necessary
  • Ensure all relevant data is kept and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Your Profile:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in End to End recruitment (in house, RPO or agency) with a proven track record of building long lasting relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners
  • Proven experience in exceptional stakeholder experience on a cross regional/international level
  • Strong experience in recruiting for technical/engineering Talent in the EMEA region
  • Fluency in German and English. French language skills would be nice to have
