Your areas of responsibilities:


  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly and accurately
  • Verify the accuracy of mailing addresses and recipient information for outgoing mail and packages
  • Ensure that all packages are properly labeled, logged, and tracked in the mailroom system
  • Collaborate with couriers and delivery services to coordinate timely pickup and delivery of packages
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to address any mail or packagerelated inquiries, discrepancies, or special requests
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including tracking information and delivery status

Your profile of qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus
  • Previous experience in mailroom operations or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes and weights
  • Fluent in German, good knowledge of English language
