Our happiness delivery team is growing and with this comes the exciting opportunity to become part of our DTC (Direct to Consumer) Operations team.

Our team is the backbone of the whole Customer Service Organization at On. Everything starts with us and we pave the way for all subsequent operations.

Working hand in hand with many different teams, you'll find the perfect balance between administration, communication and creative happiness delivery.

Your Mission:

  • Be the first person to answer Operationrelated questions (returns and shortages ) coming from the inhouse and external Happiness Delivery teams
  • Support inhouse & external teams in system and bug related questions. Be able to provide them with tips which speed up their daily work (filtering methods, new fields addition, exporting/finding reports and new views in 365 Dynamics)
  • Train external Ops team in new tasks and processes, which are operations related
  • Monitor the quality our external Ops team and report accordingly
  • Bring analytical skills to contribute to the rest of Operation team improving our current processes and how we use our tools
  • Great cooperation with other teams to make the shopping experience for our customers as optimal as possible
  • Build trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers and resolving every situation with a WOW factor

Your Story:

  • 2 years of work experience in customer service environment
  • As a peopleoriented person, you have the passion and patience to coach/answer colleagues' questions
  • You are knowledgeable in the systems: 365 Dynamics, Salesforce/CRM, Excel, Powerpoint
  • You are a team player and always show empathy to those who approach you with questions
  • You are driven by explorer spirit and enjoy investigation of finding more efficient and effective ways of operating our daytoday business
  • Ability to relate to colleagues at all levels, and working cross functionally is natural to you
  • Your English skills are business fluent; German skills are a plus
