Your responsibilities

Support and coordination of energy policy processes for Uniper
Preparation and creation of strategic assessments, position papers, decision papers, presentations, memos and energy policy analyses
Identification of topicspecific political decisionmakers and contacts as well as contact management and network maintenance in relation to international, European, federal and state politics, corresponding administrations and other organizations
Representing and safeguarding Uniper's political interests visàvis politicians, administrations, associations and other organizations
Preparing and advising the Management Board of Uniper and its representatives in the markets relevant to Uniper at political talks/events
Organization and support of political events

Your profile

Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in economics, political science or law or a comparable degree
Knowledge of the political, economic and legal framework of the energy industry as a whole
Sound knowledge of European and national political decisionmaking. Knowledge of state politics desirable
Ideally an uptodate and resilient political and/or energy industry network, both nationally and international
A keen sense of political contexts and sensitivities
Analytical ability to grasp complex political and energy industry contexts and derive strategic responses from them
Ability to prepare energy policy and economic analyses flexibly and at short notice
High level of linguistic competence and the ability to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way
Confident manner and a high degree of teamwork and integration skills as well as flexibility and motivation to work independently
Very good written and spoken German and English, knowledge of another foreign language desirable
