YOUR TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Design, lead and control the operational excellencemethods and processes at our team
Define the right KPIs to measure and control our short

- and long-term goals

Show responsibility for our Execution Decision Monitor Board
Steer and track all operational and strategical backlogactivities
Assist the business Unitleader in terms of operational project management

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully completed studies in the field of Engineering or Business engineering (for example computer sciences, electrical engineering) or similar qualification with job experience
Quick in understanding new information and do understand highly complex correlations and can bring them to an abstract level
Very good negotiation and communication skills, take into account the targets of all your project partners and lead them to optimum solutions from the overall project view
Agile mindset and possible experience in scaled projects (for example SAFe)
Extremely selfdriven and intrinsic motivated
Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
