We ́re looking for a highly motivated student in our HR Service Delivery Team for a duration of one year, 19 hours/week during the semester and fulltime in period of University holidays.

In the office onsite in Frankfurt.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle documentation between employees, HR department, functional teams and vendors
  • Produce workforce reports according to specifications in timely manner
  • Assist with projectrelated tasks linked to process improvement and automation
  • Work in close cooperation with the other members of the team
  • Coordinate tasks with various internal departments both locally and regionally within EMEA
  • Assist with adhoc local requests
  • Support on payroll preparation, incl. preparing the benefits
  • Assist in the on
- and offboarding of employees

  • Assist in the preparation of reference letters

Required qualification, capabilities and skills:


  • Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Strong MS Excel Skills
  • Ambitious, hardworking, driven and capacity to show initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliability and teamplayer personality
Fluency in German and English is essential
