Lead the Data Revolution as a Master Data Management Senior Process Specialist

As a Senior Process Manager in Master Data Management (MDM), you will manage specific processes within data domains.

You will actively lead process design and deployment, collaborating with divisional data experts, and external partners to align business requirements and create functional specifications.

You will also define performance management and data quality KPIs, provide training to key users, and work towards continuous process improvement.

Your Tasks

In this role, you'll be accountable for selected endtoend processes in Master Data Management (MDM), independently driving process analysis, crossdivisional harmonization, and governance in tandem with divisional process experts.
You'll evaluate and propose solution options based on SAP MDG S/4HANA and leading practice, conduct process modeling and documentation, and define Master Data Governance Guidelines and Policies.
You'll also independently align with multiple stakeholders and steer process improvement initiatives, including executing fitgap workshops, reviewing and improving processes and data quality, and ensuring integration with other process towers.
In collaboration with relevant business and IT representatives, you'll support the design and implementation of a crossdivisional governance model, including corporate internal controls.
Lastly, you'll ensure updated process documentation, conduct training, and support stakeholder and change management measures.

Essential Requirements

Practical experience in designing and implementing MDM systems. with SAP MDG being an advantage.
Familiarity with the finance process needs in relation to master data and strong project management.
Abilities, and process modeling skills (preferably with Signavio/BPMN 2.0).
A technical inclination, particularly with the design/implementation of MDG S/4HANA or ECC 6.0, is also suggested.
