About the role
Become part of the BayWa r.e. Employer Branding team as

Employer Branding Specialist (f/m/d) in Munich. Are you specialized on HR marketing and ready to take the next step? This global role is an exciting opportunity in the field of renewables. Learn, grow with us and propel us forwards. We never stop learning from each other.

What You Will Do

  • You will be the goto person when it comes to aligning our HR marketing execution and steering content creation. You will foster our ties to our HR and marketing partners in the regions and local entities
  • You will support our internal Employer Branding efforts, develop our internal platforms further
  • You will focus on our talent events, set up a comprehensive plan and be the point of contact for our many internal colleagues
  • You will strengthen our enabling efforts, because we like to learn and share best practices in the Employer Branding field
  • You will support us in longterm projects, where we have high visibility for our talent, e.g. websites, job board, campaign management, employee advocacy etc.
What You Bring

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics, social sciences or a comparable degree with a focus on human resources, personnel management or marketing
  • You have professional experience in the field of HR marketing, marketing, communications or employer branding
  • You are experienced with addressing a diverse set of target groups
  • You thrive in a team where communication is key, you like a high degree of autonomy and bring a gettingitdone attitude with you
