Ihre Aufgaben:
- Support marketing activities and administration tasks for Marketing Officers and other teams (KYC, CMS and Credit)
- Conduct necessary procedures for account opening, maintaining the account, account closure and other administrative tasks
- Communicate with customers directly
- Responsible for wide range of internal and external administration work
- Arrange cost effective business trips, G&E, internal meetings
- To manage the new joiners'/leavers' system set up, work permit (cooperation with HR), new office moves, layout changes, office supplies
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Proficient in excel, word and Power Point
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills engaging with key stakeholders at all levels
- Be a good team player willing to work in Marketing Support team at short notice
- Fluency in English, Advanced in German
- Japanese skills would be advantageous
- Diligence in managing all range of secretarial and administrative tasks and following the procedures
