We are looking for a School Director for the EF International Language Campus, Berlin.

In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our year-round German language school and managing a team of permanent and seasonal administrative, activity and teaching staff.

Ensuring the school provides excellent customer service to always match or exceed internal and external quality standards.

University degree with 510 years of demonstrated professional track record in general management
Recruited and directed a team, including managers
Managed a team in a high volume setting across multifunctions
Has a nothing is impossible attitude and sense of urgency that is solution driven
Be highly adaptable with the ability to work in a fastpaced, transformational environment
Budgeting, financial analysis and costbased management
Strategic planning and business development
Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goals
Able to handle complex and ambiguous scenarios
Sensitive to needs of international students
Fluency in German essential and a level of C1+ (Advanced) English needed

About EF Berlin
EF Berlin is one of two EF International Language Campuses in Germany and was opened in 2015.

Since then, more than 7,000 international students of different language levels, ages and course lengths have learnt German at the campus facilities close to Potsdamer Platz.

EF Berlin oversees the whole student experience and as well academics and language classes, arranges their accommodation (local homestay or student residence) and social activities to ensure that students "live the language".
