Local Unit & Position Description:

Key tasks for the Assistant:

Preparation of assessment planning
Coordination of assessors / scope related experts
Verify and assess of performed certification procedures regarding formal aspects
Conduct data entry
Surveillance of processes and corresponding data (upcoming assessments, status of current assessments, response on performed assessments)
Support of Certification Body

Position Qualifications:

Knowledge of administration functions
EDP knowledge (Word, Excel, data base)
Knowledge of foreign language (English spoken and written)
Communication skills
Basic knowledge of quality management
