Job Description:


Your responsibility:

  • Provide close support to customer to identify short term solutions (supply reports/ information from ERP / CRM systems),
  • Work closely with all interfaces between customers, DCM+ Planning and OEM,
  • Run ERP reports and analyse results and present rationale for under and over performance, trends and discrepancies,
  • Maintain Service relevant data in CRM system. Monitor own completion of workload and meet objectives,

Our Requirements:

  • Business apprenticeship or a minimum of 3 years working experience in a logistic and customer environment,
  • Previous Customer Service experience with Customer Service background,
  • Worked in ad hoc driven situation where success is dependent on finding fast customer solutions in line with business policies,
  • CRM working experience,
  • Strong Service orientation
  • Very good customer orientated communication skills,
  • Must be extremely flexible and able to work under time pressure,
  • Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture,
  • Analytical skills, need to take data driven decisions,
  • Good understanding of Logistics & Customer Experience
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office products and in ERP and/or CRMsystems,
  • Highly detail and process oriented,
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Languages: fluent English, German and Turkish are a must.
