We are currently looking for our future
Industrialization Coordinator (M/F/d) based in Karlsruhe for a permanent contract.

Description:

Reporting to the Industrial Engineering department, under the responsibility of the Industrialization Manager, you will be in charge of:

Coordinate the industrialization of electronic products developed on the Karlsruhe R&D site by multidisciplinary teams (electronics, software, mechanics, test, industrialization and technical data)
Define, in collaboration with the R&D teams, the manufacturing processes for electronic boards (PCBA), electronic subassemblies and finished products in collaboration with our manufacturing site based in Kornik, Poland
Follow, in collaboration with the Industrialization and Test Development teams, the development of processes and means of production of finished products
Ensure and coordinate the structuring of the PCBA nomenclatures by guaranteeing the followup of the associated internal and external subcontractors
Manage the production line of finished products according to the standards of the production site
Coordinate and ensure the availability of all elements allowing the realization of the preseries of finished products
Organize and monitor the preseries of finished products and manage the associated improvement actions

Occasional travel to our Saverne site is to be expected (2 days per month).

Other occasional trips (PCBA subcontractors, manufacturing site in Poland) are to be expected (1 to 10 days per quarter depending on project news).

Your profile:

With an engineering degree or a Master's degree in electronics or industry, you have 10 years of experience in the industrialization of electronic products and boards.
Your skills in international project management will be essential to the success of your mission and training and/or IPC-A610 certification would be an additional asset.
You master tools related to methods (workstation balancing, VSM, etc.) as well as an ERP (BOM, MRP, costing, etc.), ideally SAP.
You are bilingual in
English and German. The mastery of French is a plus.
You are rigorous and curious and you are recognized for your leadership. You have strong analytical, communication and synthesis skills.
You are a challengeoriented, problemsolver, able to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fastpaced environment.
