Job Description:

  • Support the team in preparing the monthly payroll for 10 countries and 1,200 employees (Germany & EMEA)
  • Take responsibility for accurate time tracking and hourly calculation for student employees, as well as calculation of payout amounts
  • Handle and respond to general inquiries from employees through the HR ticket system (e.g., salary inquiries, access to pay stubs, vacation calculations, etc.)
  • Independently generate reports for monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate data provision (using PowerBI)
  • Review and create documents for employees and communicate with health insurance companies and public institutions
  • Maintain payrollrelated data for employees as part of your daily tasks (e.g., changes to IBAN, tax ID, proof of enrollment, nonteaching periods for students, residence permits, employee files)
  • Be responsible for mapping and improving payroll internal processes and workflows
  • Take the opportunity to independently manage specific benefits and areas of focus.

Qualifications:

- **Enrolled student (all genders)** in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Employment Law, Tax Law, Psychology, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field

  • Seeking an integrated
    mandatory internship (40 hours/week) for a minimum of 5 to 6 months

Fluent German language skills and basic knowledge of English

  • Willingness to handle sensitive personal data with care
  • Commitment, initiative, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of customer/employee service are expected
  • Willingness to collaborate and a genuine
    interest in the HR department
  • Good IT skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
