Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting for a
Infra Architect to join their project in
Munich, Germany .

Responsibilities:
Execute architecture governance and design respecting architectural guidelines and strategiesFunctional placementDefine and create highlevel interface specificationsArchitectural decisions & guidance (e.g. make or buy)Define target architectureDefine solution architecture for specific projectsCreate SADSupport solution workshops (split into discussion of requirements & and questions regarding architecture)
Provide feedback on solution documents

Qualifications/Previous experience:

Analyze business requirements in terms of a portfolio of IT systems.

Produce solution design documentation, including effort and cost estimatesLiaise and interact across all layers of business from development to business ownersExperience in architecting, implementing and supporting distributed systems that include database and networking technologies and understanding the associated business implications.

Partners with Infrastructure team in creation of new technical solutions based on technical knowledge and insight regarding industry trendsExperience producing and contributing to high level design documents to match customer requirements.

Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
Operating and interacting in a client facing position.

A strong sense of customer service and the ability to both work and lead in a matrix team environment is crucial.

Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong presentation and communication skillsAble to assess how enterprise strategy can impact existing technology architecture.

Able to research and understand industry trends and how they can satisfy the strategy and when they will be mature.

Experience on DC migration & consolidation projectsExpertise is hosting technologies -Server, Storage, DatabaseDocumentation - HLD, LLDRequirement capturing/ideation with Business stakeholders, Application team, Infra team, Vendors, CTOSolution - Design of overall system and solution architecture, system integration, Build Specification( HW/SW)

Solution assessment - technical & commercialGenerate conceptual/logical architectures, dependency and risk assessmentsEstimations, BOM, Opex, CapexLead the analysis of new/existing infrastructure architectures and ensures engineering platforms meet reliability expectationsImplementation Strategy - Detailed project planResearch on New and Innovative technology solutions that support the Enterprise Strategies and bring value to the EnterpriseManage technology architecture projects:

supplier and equipment selectionSupport project leaders (through technology architecture requests) mapping solutions on supported & deployed technology architecture servicesProactive and recurrent measurement and allocation of the capacity of deployed infrastructure architecture to respond to business plans.

Able to assess how enterprise strategy can impact existing technology architecture.

Able to research and understand industry trends and how they can satisfy the strategy and when they will be mature.
