Key Requirements:

Document management

- support department in day-to-day work, such as

Analysis of cost allocations
Data maintenance and reporting
Projectrelated tasks relating to process automation
Work in close cooperation with the other members of the team
Liaison with various internal departments

Personal & Professional Profile:

Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
Strong MS Office Skills, especially MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
Ambitious, hardworking, driven and capacity to show initiative
Attention to detail
Reliability and teamplayer personality
Fluency in German and English is essential

Additional Skills:

Some knowledge of VBA, SQL, Java beneficial but not a prerequisite
Previous experience with process automation
Some basic knowledge of ETL tools: Alteryx and Xceptor
Some basic knowledge of business Intelligence and visualisation software: Qlikview
