Key Requirements:


  • Document management
- support department in day-to-day work, such as

  • Analysis of cost allocations
  • Data maintenance and reporting
  • Projectrelated tasks relating to process automation
  • Work in close cooperation with the other members of the team
  • Liaison with various internal departments

Personal & Professional Profile:


  • Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Strong MS Office Skills, especially MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Ambitious, hardworking, driven and capacity to show initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliability and teamplayer personality
  • Fluency in German and English is essential

Additional Skills:


  • Some knowledge of VBA, SQL, Java beneficial but not a prerequisite
  • Previous experience with process automation
  • Some basic knowledge of ETL tools: Alteryx and Xceptor
  • Some basic knowledge of business Intelligence and visualisation software: Qlikview
