Are you a creative and organized student with a passion for social media and beauty? We're looking for a Working Student (all genders) to support our social media department of 10 creative colleagues.

If you have excellent communication skills in German and English and a knack for social media, we'd love to hear from you

Your role:

You will support our social media team in the daily business by taking over operational tasks, getting insights into community management or creative brainstorming sessions
Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation and planning of content for our different platforms
You will create briefings for our graphics and visual production team
Also, you will support the preparation of campaigns, events and recurring social media activities and accompany internal and external events and video productions
You will organize raffles and arrange product deliveries to influencers that collaborate with flaconi
Moreover, you will research topics and provide ideas for new social media content

Your profile:

Enrolled at a university for at least one year. Ideally, your studies are in the fields of Media, Communication, Marketing, Economics or similar
Excellent German and English language skills, paired with very good communication skills
You have a passion for beauty and social media and are familiar with the different platforms
Strong organisational and time management skills
You are quick in grasping and putting things into action
First practical touchpoints with social media, digital marketing or content creation are a plus

What we offer you:

Full Transparency:For this role, we offer you a fixed hourly salary between 14€ and 16€. The salary you can expect will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process and the progress of your studies.
