La Fourche was founded over 5 years ago, has secure funding, and continues to grow steadily. With Ackerherz, this successful model is now being brought to Germany

We're seeking support for our Operations Team. We are growing rapidly and need help managing our warehouse, our range of products, and our processes

Responsibilities

Optimization of processes in logistics and operations
Implementation of quantitative analyses, for example, optimal order quantity, yield optimization, etc.
Designing processes at the interface between warehouse, product range, and customer
Quality assurance of our product range

Requirements:

Enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a similar field
Previous experience from an internship or working student position
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
High reliability and attention to detail
Independent working style and enjoying responsibility
For internships: Available for at least 3 months fulltime
For working student positions: Available for at least 16 hours per week
Fluent in English (C1) and basic understanding of German (B1)
Bonus: Knowledge of SQL
