Job Description:


Location

  • Hybrid in Hamburg, Essen, Bochum, or Karlsruhe (Germany)

Responsibilities

  • Lead both inperson and remote training courses for new clients onboarding our software
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new Elearning training courses for our PROCAD brand's customers and partners
  • Support in setting up our PRO.FILE eLearning and eCampus Training Area
  • Conceptualize, plan and implement training from the creation of the training content to the implementation

Qualifications:


  • Fluent in German (C1) and English
  • 50% Travel to Office and Clients
  • Experience with Software Training/Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

  • Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD)
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle/Data Management (PLM/PDM)
  • Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS)
