- Berechnung der Masse, das Volumen, die Oberfläche und die Schwerpunktskoordinaten mit Hilfe der Analysefuntionen in CATIA V5
- Übernahme der Bauteilabmessungen aus den entsprechenden Zeichnungen in CATIA zur Berechnung der Massenträgheitsmomente
- Auswertung von Modifikationen und Upgrade anhand von Ein-/Ausbauzeichnungen
- Sie überprüfen die errechneten Bauteilmassen mit den Zielvorgaben
- Eingabe der masserelevanten Daten in verschiedene Datenbanken
- Durchführung von Material-/Bauteilstudien
- Auswertung von RFAs und Modifikationen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrer Aufgabe
- Steuerung der RFA-Erstellung im Austausch mit den verantwortlichen Systemingenieuren
- Bearbeitung von masserelevanten Anfragen des Kunden
- Vorbereitung und Auswertung von Flugzeug-Wägungen
- Überwachung von Flugzeug-Wägungen vor Ort bei Kunden (nach Einarbeitung)
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Mass Properties bzw. Flugzeugkonstruktion, Statik, MDO oder lasten
- Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen IT-Programmen (MS-Office, CATIA V5)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Akribischer, selbständiger und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Fähigkeit, sich in ein Team zu integrieren
