Across Europe, the digital future of C&A is shaped by around 400 IT-peers. In our Headoffices in Düsseldorf and Brussels we are developing creative and innovative IT-solutions.

Team leader for Store-Services within our TECH division, responsible for the coordination of 4 employees.


As the central contact, responsible for the coordination and support of the IT systems in 1,400 branches in 17 European countries, which were handed over to an external partner as part of an outsourcing agreement.


This includes in particular:

  • IT service contracts and their fulfilment, for the call center support with technical management and national hardware maintenance services
  • Multilingual call center service as a "single point of contact" for European C&A stores
  • Technical management
  • Integration of 80 internal and external service providers into the support structure
  • Incident, problem, change and service request processes
  • Quality assurance processes for the introduction of hardware and software changes
  • Hardware ordering processes
  • Hardware maintenance services
  • Planning and adjustment of support as well as advice on IT projects that cause changes to store systems
  • Regular surveys of satisfaction with the provided IT support services
  • Further development of the store support
