***: The Lead - Learning & Development identifies, develops and implements talent and learning solutions that build employee capability and strengthens the talent pipeline in order to achieve improved business performance and to drive the organizations strategic goals and objectives.


They are responsible for identifying both the short and longer terms needs across multiple business units and prioritizing these into an actionable yearly plan leveraging on global solutions/methodology and tailoring this to suit local needs.

Their remit includes induction, capability and competency management, career development, talent development as well as manager, leadership and personal effectiveness at all levels in the organization.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create and execute an integrated talent and learning roadmap for all people capability building activities in the region, in alignment with business needs and talent strategy
  • Conduct internal learning needs analysis relating to both current and future competence needs for each business unit represented in the market and prioritize these into short, mid and longer term execution plans
  • Develop a broad range of development solutions encompassing 70/20/10 learning methodology and drive accessibility using localized marketing and communication plans
  • Program manage (end to end) the implementation of all talent and learning solutions in region, leveraging on global initiatives and adapting content and approach to suit local needs. Evaluate and regularly report progress to key stakeholders
  • Provide a comprehensive learning infrastructure, including tech. platform(s) and enablers for formal, informal and onthejob learning, aligned to 70/20/10 learning methodology
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with team colleagues, HRBP's, technical content experts and external vendors to ensure all curriculum is up to date, adding value and linked to business priorities
  • Strengthen the depth of the internal talent pipeline, building both core and leadership capabilities to improve business performance and to accelerate key role readiness for critical talent
  • Support, and as required lead, Organizational Design initiatives within the region
  • Act as a Change Manager to support regional and global change initiatives
  • Provide data analysis, insight and recommendations to the HRBP's on both depth and diversity of talent pools for business growth, encompassing, attraction, retention and development solutions
  • Support learning initiatives of transformation, new processes, system launches and organization and operating model changes
  • Monitors learning and development industry trends and best practice focusing on continual improvement and best in class thinking.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, Organizational Development or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred, International Coaching Federation certificate a plus
  • 6+ years progressive learning and organizational development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
  • Complex matrix stakeholder management experience able to influence peers and senior management without authority and align multiple perspectives towards a common goal or solution
  • Proficient in change management (PROSCI methodology) and able to lead self and others through ambiguity when organization change occurs in real time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients
  • Able to balance regional autonomy with global consistency, ensuring connectedness across the whole COE team
  • Data analysis skills gather, analyze and draw practical conclusions from data, as well as communicate data findings to others
  • Selfmotivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:


  • German/English Speaking, ideally able to deliver training in both languages.
  • Ideally background in Engineering, Manufacturing or Technology
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Ideally with Organisation Development and Change Management experience
