GENERAL MANAGEMENT

ASSISTANT TO GLOBAL BRAND & MARKETING DIRECTOR:


  • Herzogenaurach, Germany
    YOUR MISSION:
  • Assist the Global Brand & Marketing Director and his senior leadership team in their daily business operations, particularly with view to agenda/calendar management, travel planning and expense reports
  • Support preparation of internal external meetings and workshops (incl. guest relations, invitations, room set up, catering, )
  • Lead the planning and execution of key seasonal Marketing milestones (e.g., invitations, hotel reservations, )
  • Assist with selected Marketing events in strong alignment with internal and external stakeholders

YOUR TALENT:


  • Successfully completed apprenticeship or study in a commercial area
  • 23 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a comparable role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a proactive and detailoriented way
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English and sufficient MS Office skills
  • Flexible, openminded, communicative, goal and result oriented approach
