Job Description & Requirements:

Full understanding of the Infor XPPS Modules. Techno/functional experience with AS400 RPG, CL, DB2/400. Good functional understanding/experience with following modules - Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance would be added advantage.
Ability to write and execute complex SQL /Queries/SFTP for reporting and extract purposes.
Communicating with business users to understand requirements and translating such requirements into customizations in ERP. Undertaking customization and development activities as initiated by the management.
Supporting XPPS user queries/issues across all XPPS modules.
Fluent in German and English. Experience of working in large customization projects modifying standard XPPS source code. Developing & Testing of customizations and suggest corrections/improvements.
Develop interfaces between XPPS and other business systems.
Support interfaces to other business systems and Develop and conduct user training sessions.
Excellent Technical Documentation Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
Expertise with SQL queries, performance fine-tuning Good Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience in XPPS support role will be plus.
To architect, design and develop [through team] solution for product or sustenance delivery.

To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.

To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.

To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
