The following challenges await you:


  • With your job, you make an important contribution to the smooth production flow in clean room manufacturing at our R&D and Pilot manufacturing site in Dresden.
  • You are responsible for the process setup on the manufacturing machines (including injection molding, pad printing machines, laser marking systems), prepare the pilot production tools and monitor the manufacturing processes.
  • You will support our engineers during process acceptances (validations) and the implementation of process improvements.
  • You will also work closely with our maintenance technicians both in maintaining our machines as well as managing our consumables and tools.
  • You also enjoy sharing your knowledge and enjoy training new colleagues on the equipment.

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in plastics technology and good technical skills.
  • You are a team player and consider yourself a professional communicator in German and English language.
  • Throughout your professional career you gained experience in setting up and maintaining injection molding machines, as well as experience in handling injection molds. It would be desirable to have basic knowledge of controls, hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
